Kine Tracking is a performance tracking app designed for athletes, coaches, and fitness users. It supports movement velocity tracking, timing gate sessions, posture analysis, video analysis, and training review to help users understand and improve performance.

Kine Tracking may request access to Your camera, photos, or videos to provide movement tracking, posture analysis, video import analysis, and performance review features.
We do not use camera, photo, or video access for advertising, user profiling, or unrelated tracking.
Kine Tracking may request microphone access for the Kine Gate clap-start feature. The microphone is used only to detect a loud clap sound to start a timing test.
While using the Kine Gate feature, Kine Tracking may request location permission. This permission is used only to help nearby devices connect for timing gate sessions, including host and gate device discovery, Wi-Fi/local network setup, and timing communication between phones.
On some Android versions, location permission may be required by the operating system for nearby Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or device discovery, even when the app does not use Your physical location.
Kine Gate may use local network or nearby device connection information to allow phones or supported devices to communicate during timing sessions. This information is used temporarily for connection setup and timing communication and is not uploaded to Our servers.
The Company may use information for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the Service: including movement tracking, posture analysis, timing gate sessions, video analysis, export features, and app functionality.
To operate Kine Gate: to allow nearby phones or devices to connect as host and gate devices for timing sessions. Location permission, nearby device access, local network information, and microphone access may be used only for connection setup, timing functionality, or clap-start detection.
To improve app performance: to identify errors, improve reliability, and enhance user experience.
To provide support: to respond to Your questions, feedback, or support requests.
To maintain security: to prevent misuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and protect the Service.
To comply with legal obligations: when required by applicable law or valid legal process.
We do not sell Your Personal Data. We do not share Your camera data, videos, microphone audio, GPS location, or timing gate connection data with advertisers.

Videos, photos, screenshots, and analysis results: Stored locally on Your Device unless You choose to export or share them.
Microphone Audio: Kine Tracking does not record, store, upload, or retain microphone audio. Audio is processed temporarily and locally only for clap-start detection.
Location Data: Kine Tracking does not store GPS coordinates or location history. Location permission is used only temporarily while using the Kine Gate feature and is not retained by the Company.
Local network/device connection data: Used temporarily for Kine Gate connection setup and timing communication. This information is not uploaded to Our servers.
Diagnostic or usage data: May be retained only as needed for troubleshooting, app improvement, security, or legal compliance.
You can enable or disable camera, photo/video, microphone, nearby device, and location permissions at any time through Your Device settings. Some app features may not work correctly if required permissions are disabled.
You may delete exported files, imported videos, screenshots, and analysis results from Your Device. You may also contact Us to request deletion of any Personal Data that We may hold, subject to legal or technical limitations.
The security of Your information is important to Us. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While We use reasonable measures to protect information, We cannot guarantee absolute security.
